Shipping
You don’t have to visit us in person to be served by our shop. We are pleased to ship instruments and bows for trial purposes. We pay the shipping charges to you and you are responsible for the return charges. Return shipping must be by the same class of service (e.g. ground or air).
Please purchase return insurance coverage of $900 if the value of the return shipment is equal to or greater than this amount. If the value of the return shipment is less than $900, please purchase insurance coverage equal to the values being shipped. Please click here for Shipping instructions on how to pack up your instrument or bow.
If you have any questions concerning the shipping of instruments or bows for trial, repair, appraisal, or for other reasons, please contact Paul Sauey, Shipping Manager.
