Charles Claude Husson (b. 1847 d. 1915) Charles served his apprenticeship under his father, Claude Charles Husson. In 1873 Charles joined Jean-Baptiste Vuillaumes workshop until his passing in 1875. After Vuillaumes passing Husson worked in the workshops of both FN Voirin, and Gand & Bernardel before opening his own around 1880. This bow is perfectly balanced, and the frog is just the right shape, making the bow very comfortable to hold. It draws a warm and exceptionally clean sound with consistent connection from tip to frog. This is an exceptional bow, and it would be the perfect companion for an exceptional player.
